Sometimes standard sizes or tolerances just don't work. Whether you have a bearing application, a high production bar feed, need ground and polished stainless for a medical application, Empire has the answer. Pluszero is available from stock in 303, 304/304l, 316/316L, 416 and 17-4 in the sizes you'd expect and some uncommon ones that might surprise you. If you need another grade or something really unusual, we'll make it for you.

Stainless Steel Round
We carry stainless steel rounds in 19 different grades, including many hard to find sizes and grades. Stainless centerless ground stock and stainless oversizes for grinding are some of our specialties.
Stainless Steel Flats
Our stainless steel flats come in 7 grades and 3 different surface conditions. 303 stainless flats are cold drawn. All other grades come as HRAP true bar. Additionally, 304 and 316 are available as both HRAP and sheared and edged. Larger non-standard sizes of stainless flats can be custom made with a short lead time in lengths up to 48".
Stainless Steel Square & Rectangular Tubing
We carry square and rectangular stainless steel tubing in Types 304 and 316. Available from stock in mill finish and polished to 180 grit (#4 brushed). Any finish, including mirror finish, can be put on any size with a short lead time. Welded square and rectangular stainless tubing used primarily for structural or architectural purposes complies to ASTM-A-554
Stainless Steel Equal Leg Angles
Stainless steel equal leg angles are available in both 304 and 316. Our stainless angles comply to ASTM, AMS and QQS specs

Stainless Steel Squares
Our stainless steel squares are all cold drawn to ensure the best possible surface condition and edges. Larger non-standard sizes in stainless squares can be custom made with a short lead time in lengths up to 48"
Stainless Steel Channels
Stainless steel channels are available in both 304 and 316. Our stainless channels comply to ASTM, AMS and QQS specs.
Stainless Steel Hexagons
Stainless steel hexes are available in the grades you'd expect us to have in addition to some surprises. Oddball grades available in stainless hexes include 347 and 440C.
Stainless Steel Tee Bars
Stainless steel Tee Bars are available in both 304 and 316. Our stainless Tee Bars comply to ASTM, AMS and QQS specs.
Stainless Steel Seamless & Welded Tubing
We have all the bases covered when it comes to stainless tubing. A full line of stainless seamless tubing is available in both common and oddball sizes. Welded stainless tubing is available in mill finish, 180 Grit ( #4 Brushed ) and 600 Grit ( near mirror finish ). Any finish, including full mirror finish, can be put on any size with a short lead time. Cut pieces can be sold in heavier wall sizes. As always, full mill certifications will be sent with both the shipment and invoice.
Stainless Steel Seamless & Welded Pipe
We carry 11 different grades of stainless steel pipe in a wide variety of sizes. Stock lengths are 20' random, but we can help you with a cut piece in larger sizes. Polished 180 Grit ( #4 Brushed ) stainless pipe is stocked in many sizes and any finish, including mirror, can be put on any size with a short lead time.
Stainless Steel Half Rounds
Stainless steel half rounds are available in Type 304. Stainless half rounds come in 20' lengths and are generally used in architectural applications.
